Cottage 1 - Kermel

• Prices are per cottage per week
• bookings normally run from Saturdays at 4 pm but different arrangements can be made – the property should be vacated by 10 am on departure day
• £100 refundable security deposit must be included in advance with final payment; it will be returned to home addresses immediately after final inspection
• the property will be freshly cleaned prior to arrival – extra cleaning costs may be deducted from security deposits if the property is left in an unreasonable state
• all power costs are included; additional wood for stoves incurs small extra cost
• bed linen is available at extra cost, towels/tea towels not provided
• please note that there are no telephone / internet points
• Cottage One normally accommodates up to six. Up to two more may be accommodated on the sofa bed at an additional cost of 10% pppw (NB - duvet/bed linen not provided for sofa bed). Cottage Two sleeps up to four – no caravans or tents, please
• regretfully, because of sheep nearby, pets are not permitted
• No smoking inside the cottages please
• payments must be cleared at least six weeks before commencement of letting period – full payment for bookings made less than six weeks beforehand must be sent when the booking is made
• a deposit of 20% will ordinarily be required within five days of booking; provisional bookings cannot be held after that time
• cancellation charges apply –
• 29-56 days 50% ----- 15-28 days 75% ----- 14 days or less 90% ----- arrival date or later 100%
• travel directions and key arrangements will be provided two weeks prior to departure
• substantial discounts available for longer term lets out of season
